• We sell coffee products such as roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, and flavored coffee.

• All products are prepared and packed with care.

• Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

• We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • InstaPay transfer

• Orders paid via InstaPay must be completed after order confirmation. Payment details will be shared with the customer after placing the order.

• Orders are confirmed only after:

  • Successful InstaPay transfer, or

  • Customer confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders.

• We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order if payment is not completed, the customer is unreachable, or information provided is incorrect.

 

Shipping & Delivery (Egypt Only)

• We currently ship داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.

• Delivery time usually ranges from 2–5 working days, depending on the location.

• Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues or public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food products:

• Opened or used coffee products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the issue is caused by us.

Limitation of Responsibility

• We are not responsible for misuse of the product after delivery.

• Taste preferences may vary and are not considered a valid reason for return.
